An Analysis on the Present State of Pre-Service Training Research for University Teachers

As we know, pre-service training is indispensable to the professionalization of university teachers and how to improve the effectiveness of training has become the central concern of many people. In this paper, we introduced the content analysis method to make a full analyses on the present state of pre-service training research for university teachers. Final conclusion was made and possible strategies were given by using information technology tools.
