Pediatric Supracondylar Fracture

Supracondylar fractures present as subtle injuries that can be easily missed radiographically, or as dramatic injuries that are not difficult to detect but must be managed appropriately due to a high rate of complications. We present a case of a patient with an obvious supracondylar fracture and cover both diagnostic difficulties and important complications.
