Copper T-200 - Combined Bangkok Hospital Clinical Evaluation

In a Copper T-200 trial in four Bangkok hospitals, the net first segment continuation rate at 12 months was 77.3. The finding of significant variation in continuation among the four participating hospitals indicates the desirability and greater validity of multi-center trials in evaluating new contraceptives. Comparison of Copper T-200 results with earlier Lippes loop findings in three of the four hospitals suggests the superiority of the Copper T-200 for lower parity women.
