摘要

A novel and convenient synthetic approach to ubiquinone-10 was reported via the S(N)2'-type nucleophilic displacement reaction between copper-catalyzed Grignard reagent and the secondary allylic acetate, which was suitable for the large-scale production of ubiquinone-10.
