摘要

We found a drastic improvement of T-c being higher than 130 K on (Cu,Tl)-based superconductor. This improvement was achieved by annealing under the oxygen-reducing conditions. Study of the annealing effect on the resistivity and T-c is reported. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
