Viceroy - on the implementation of a Peer to Peer network

We present the implementation of the Viceroy network, a peer-to-peer lookup network. We give a complete description of the requirements and the goals of this project, along with a full discussion of implementation details and the main algorithms in the project. In addition, we present several new routing algorithms, a brief description of their implementa- tion, and a comparison to existing routing algorithms.
