摘要

The Diels-Alder reactions of 3-methyl-2-cyclopenten-1-one with simple acyclic dienes under high pressure in combination with EtAlCl2 are described. Angularly methylated hydrindanones were isolated in reasonably to good yields. Structure analysis of the reaction products by NMR spectroscopy is presented.
