Developing a knowledge management system for storing and using the design knowledge acquired in the process of a user-centered design of the next generation information appliances

Highlights ► This project applied user-centered design to developing new product ideas of NGIAs. ► It stored and linked the designer’s knowledge in knowledge bases. ► The links help the users trace the design process and develop their own product ideas. ► This will facilitate the development of the NGIAs.
