摘要
One of the most crucial ideas behind modern eLTR 1 -environments is to offer the possibility to encourage learners to develop and apply individual learning-styles. In order to support different approaches and to take existing preferences into account, these environments therefore consist of complex and advanced software components. These components must be able to adapt to the user's demands and have to offer a big variety of different learning tools. We will show that eLTR -technologies based on such an architecture a way to react to the claim of women to take their learning preferences, which in some points highly differ from those of men, into account. In the following article, we will first look at the well-known eLearning software "Moodle" and evaluate its possibilities with respect to gender-relevant features. In a second step we will present the ideas behind cooperative knowledge spaces and analyze how this approach supports individual learning preferences. Finally, we will show how the approaches can add to each other and both men and women can benefit from these eLearning architectures.
