Expression of Gene Hemopoietic Cell Kinase in Development Process of Embryo Hearts in Rats

Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of hemopoietic cell kinase(HCK) gene in the development of embryo hearts and analyze the relationship between HCK gene and the heart development.Methods Normal rats fetal hearts in embryonic d12,d15,d19 were included in this study.The mRNA of HCK gene was detected by the methods of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and in-situ hybridization,and the results were analyzed by the statistical methods.Results In the developing rats hearts,HCK was mainly expressed in interstitial tissue,but no expression in cadiocyte.The levels of HCK gene mRNA expression were (0.19±0.09),(0.38±0.07),(0.59±0.10),respectively,which were up-regulated with the embryonic aging.Conclusions HCK gene is expressed in interstitial tissue,but no expression in cadiocyte and with the development of rat hearts;the expresion level of HCK in mRNA is dynamic,HCK may have correlation with the heart development.
