Sertoli-Leydig cell tumours account for less than 0.2% of ovarian malignancies. We describe the case of a Sertoli-Leydig cell tumour in a 13-year-old girl who presented with symptoms of hyperandrogenism. We give an overview over current literature and discuss options of therapy of rare Sertoli-Leydig cell tumours.更多
