Abstract
采用表面活性剂协同微波提取墨旱莲中的总黄酮.以总黄酮得率为指标,采用单因素实验考察了表面活性剂的种类、表面活性剂的质量浓度、微波辐射时间、质量体积、溶剂pH值、提取级数等因素对得率的影响,并优化工艺条件.确定表面活性剂协同微波法提取墨旱莲总黄酮的最佳工艺条件:以质量浓度10mg/mL的吐温-60水溶液为提取剂,微波辐射150s,质量体积为25mL/mg,pH值为6,提取1次,总黄酮得率为2.27%.表面活性剂协同微波提取法是较为理想的一种提取方法.
