The Logan County Board of Commissioners met in regular session with the following members present

Commissioner Edwards moved for the approval of a Petition for Abatement of taxes for 2008 Jeopardy Assessments based on 2007 levies on behalf of Patricia Bartlett, Logan County Treasurer and authorize the Chairman to sign. Commissioner Zwirn seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Zwirn moved for the approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Logan County and the City of Sterling for participation in the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program. The county's portion of the $23,252.00 grant is $3,107 and will be used for firearms training equipment program and will be shared with the City of Sterling. Commissioner Edwards seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
