Pion-nucleon partial wave amplitudes in the low-energy region and below threshold

We present four tables of πN phase shifts below 270 MeV derived via finite contour fixed-t dispersion relations, each table corresponding to a particular set of input assumptions. We also derive values of the partial wave amplitudes in the unphysical region (M−μ)2 ⩽ s ⩽ (M + μ)2 and we give values for the s-, p- and d-wave scattering lengths.
