摘要

The preparation of several 3ß-hydroxy-Δ 1,5 -androstanes and pregnanes is described. The rotational and NMR effects of the 3β-hydroxy-Δ 1,5 -system are presented. The anabolic and androgenic results in the rat of one of these (3, RR'H) are also presented.
