Fatty-Acids .34. Behavior Of All Methyl Octadecenoates And Octadecynoates In Argentation Chromatography And Gas-Liquid Chromatography

The chromatographic behaviour of the methyl octadecynoates on thin layers of silica impregnated with silver nitrate is reported. The GLC behaviour of the methyl octadecenoates ( cis and trans ) and the methyl octadecynoates has been examined on ApL and DEGS columns and the possibility of predicting the ECLs of polyunsaturated esters is discussed.
