Design and Realiozation of Telecommand Operation Platform Based on Spacecraft Control Language

Telecommand operation platform is empoldered for implementing telecommand operation mode by the space control center.Firstly,the hardware construction and running environment of telecommand operation platform are put forward in this paper.Secondly,considering requirement of spacecraft TTC missions,we design the software function,which is divided into four hiberarchies,six functions,and describe its data flow diagram detailed.Finally,the interior interface,exterior interface and safety measures are definituded.The telecommand operation platform has accomplished successfully all LEOP and LTOP TTC missions of GEO and LEO satellites in China,and has greatly improved the capabilities of China spacecraft TTC networks and the operation efficiency of China TTC network resources.
