Isolation of the constituent of hawthorn leaves.

Objective:The purpose is to study the compound in the leaves of Crataegue pinnatifida Bge.var major.Methods:Separating the compound with thin layer and column chromatography,purified by macro polymorous resin,and the compound was identified using the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) method.Results:Viterin-2″-o-rhamnoside and viterin-4″-O-glucoside was obtained at last.Conclusion:The purity of viterin-2″-O-rhamnoside and viterin-4″-O-glucoside was >99% identified by HPLC method.
