Rotational transitions observed between 125 and 302 GHz (J = 4 → 5 to J = 11 → 12) have provided improved rotational and centrifugal distortion constants for the (0 00 0), (0 11c 0), (0 11d 0), (0 20 0), (0 22d 0), (0 22c 0), and (1 00 0) vibrational levels of 14N2 16O. The splitting of the (0 22 0) state due to l-type resonance is well resolved. Correlation between Bv and Dv is studied. B0000 and D0000 with 75% support plane confidence limits are 12 561.6338 ± 0.0006 MHz and 5.282 ± 0.004 KHz, respectively.
