Skin Sensitization Potential of Polyethylene Glycols Evaluated in the Guinea Pig Maximization Test and the Human Repeat Insult Patch Test
Journal of toxicology Cutaneous and ocular toxicology(1998)
摘要
The skin sensitization potential of five polyethylene glycols, ranging in average molecular weight from 200 to 8000, was evaluated by a guinea pig maximization test using the method of Magnusson and Kligman and a human repeat insult patch test. There was no evidence of sensitization to polyethylene glycols under the conditions of these two test systems.
