摘要

We have proved that PLUNC gene expressed specifi cally relative in mouse nasopharynx by RT-PCR. The 5′flanking sequence of this gene has been cloned with genomic walker kit, and its promoter activity was con firmed through luciferase report gene test.The core promoter is located in the 2 00bp upsfrean the transcript start site.
