G band Raman features of DNA-wrapped single-wall carbon nanotubes in aqueous solution and air

It is found that E2 and lower-frequency modes in the G band Raman line for semiconducting single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs), and the broad and asymmetric feature of the Breit–Wigner–Fano line for metallic SWNTs are drastically suppressed by the DNA-wrapping.
