Human Motion Detection Based on Rectangular Skeleton

People can configure themselves in many different poses.This article is motivated by the pictorial structure representation,where the human model is modeled by a collection of torso and limbs arranged in a deformable configuration,and detects the best match of the rectangular skeleton model in the source image using a dynamic programming.Experimental results show that the algorithm has good operation effect by combining the limb 's orientation and Dynamic Time Warping (DTW),and the algorithm can be applied in the analysis of human motion based on video.
