Study and design for comprehensive information management system for small town water supplies

To strengthen the supervision and management of small town water supplies, this paper studies and designs a comprehensive information management system based on a J2EE platform and three-layer B/S structure. As a comprehensive platform for production and management in small town water supplies, the system adapts to different administrative levels and includes product supervision, management, scheduling and business decisions. The system can conveniently and effectively organise large amounts of data in the process of water supply and can provide precise data for monitoring water supply status, particularly in the aspect of automatically monitoring water supply status and controlling each technology link. The system would play an important role to ensure the safety of drinking water for small towns.
