An algorithm for deciding similarities of convex polyhedra

An algorithm for determining the similarities of convex polyhedra is presented. Aside from similarities of two 3-D objects, it can also give specific information on which parts are similar and which are different. The algorithm was implemented in C language and various examples of 3-D shapes have been tested. The results show that the degree of similarity increases. as objects tend to exhibit more geometric similarities. The observed results also match our expectations.
