摘要

Ultrafast third-order nonlinear dynamics in CdTe quantum dots at room temperature have been investigated using a degenerate four-wave mixing at similar to 775 run. The effective third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility and the intrinsic dephasing time in CdTe QDs were estimated to be similar to 4.39x10(-22) m(5)/V-2 and similar to 675 fs, respectively.
