Recent development of mössbauer spectroscopy in AIV BVI semiconductors

Published data of recent results on Mössbauer spectroscopy in the IV–VI semiconductor group are reported. These results deal with the nature of the chemical bond and the phase transitions in some binary and ternary systems and the stabilization forms of ty pical doping elements are also considered.
