摘要

Two new 3 alpha-aminospirosolane steroidal alkaloids, (22S,25S)- and (22R,25R)-3 alpha-aminospirosol-5-ene (2) and (3), respectively, were isolated from the alkaloid fraction of the MeOH extract of the aerial parts of Solanum triste. Their structures were elucidated utilizing 1D and 2D NMR techniques and mass spectroscopy.
