Research On Diagnostic System Of Early Colorectal Carcinoma Based On Data Mining

Data mining has applied in life science in several areas. This paper presents a diagnostic system of early colorectal carcinoma based on data mining. First, the system analyses the diagnosis data and setting up a data warehouse. Then the system adopts the algorithm of decision trees to make training and classifying the diagnostic data to distinguish the normal tissue and the cancerous one. Finally the system outputs the diagnostic results.
