Effects of cryopreservation on the activities of enzyme activities of seminal plasma semen in Acipenser gueldenstaedti

The effects of cryopreservation(-196 ℃) on were studied,and the activities of enzyme in the enzyme′s activities(total ATPase,SDH,LDH and CK) in seminal plasma and spermatozoa of Acipenser gueldenstaedti.The changes of enzyme′s activities were the seminal plasma and spermatozoa were determined hefore and after cryopreservation.The results showed that the motility of spermatozoa dropped after cryopreservation,the activities of enzyme in spermatozoa descended significantly(P0.05),and the activities of total ATPase,SDH,LDH,CK in spermatozoa in cryoprotectant group dropped from(198.47±14.43)U/mL,(30.00±2.65)U/mL,(6982.29±24.32)U/L and(1.94±0.05)U/mL to(110.19±2.32)U/mL,(16.33±2.08)U/mL,(5122.93±195.07)U/L and(1.49±0.14)U/mL,respectively.The activities of enzyme in spermatozoa without cryoprotectant dropped to(2.25±0.33)U/mL,(11.67±0.58)U/mL,(4488.04±78.33)U/L and(1.16±0.02)U/mL,the activities of enzyme in seminal plasma increased significantly(P0.05),the activities of total ATPase,SDH,LDH,CK in seminal plasma in cryoprotectant group rose from(12.70±0.57)U/mL,(7.50±0.71)U/mL,(2017.26±116.81)U/L and(2.93±0.59)U/mL to(92.49±5.18)U/mL,(13.33±0.58)U/ml,(3688.97±172.67)U/L and(4.39±0.24)U/mL,respectively.The activities of enzyme in seminal plasma without cryoprotectant rose to(200.27±12.97)U/mL,(24.67±3.06)U/mL,(6124.40±329.14)U/L and(5.20±0.16)U/mL.It was indicated that the activities of enzyme and the motility of spermatozoa of A.gueldenstaedti were greatly offected by cryopreservation.
