19-Hydroxyglaucolide A, three hirsutinolides and a derivative of brachycalyxolide were isolated from the aerial parts of Bothriocline amplifolia in addition to ethuliacoumarin. The structure of the latter was elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and that of a new hirsutinolide by comparison of the spectral data with those of a closely related one.
