Application of different models for crop stability analysis in regional trials of wheat in northwest China
Agricultural Research in the Arid Areas(2013)
摘要
Genotype-environment interaction(GEI) is a common phenomenon in plant breeding. The genotype main effect plus genotype-environment interaction(GGE) model, additive main effect and multiplicative interaction(AMMI) model,Shukla model and Ebehart-Russell regression model were adopted to compare the stability of 8 cultivars(lines) of dryland spring wheat used in 9 regional trial sites in 2009.The results showed that although the Shukla model was easy, the analysis of GGE model and AMMI model was comprehensive and intuitive, and there was still a bit difference between these two models. The GGE model has been proved to be an effective tool in understanding the effect of genotype-environment interaction, and evaluating the stability of genotypes, the representative of test environments and the ability of discrimination.
