A HUMANIZAÇÃO ATRAVÉS DO TOQUE DE ENFERMAGEM EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA

This study qualitative with the objective of verifying the meaning of the touch as complement for the communication among the nursing and patient that are in critical state in INTENSIVE CARE UNIT. The touch can be included among the employed communication techniques by the nurses, because the glance, to hear, the approach and the form how the patient is manipulated can be essential for a significant one it gets better of his/her clinical picture. Starting from this study I will explain as the touch can be complemented the communication techniques being a middle of promoting the therapeutic relationship necessary to an attendance of nursing of good quality, for allowing the identification of the patients' needs and larger humanization of the care.
