A Born Approximation for Live Loads in Navier Elasticity.

We will study the inverse scattering problem for the Navier equation in elasticity with liveloads. We will see that in very special cases the load matrix can be recovered fromscattering amplitudes as high energy limits. This fact motivates the definition of a Bornapproximation of the load from fixed angle scattering data. We will see that for nonsmoothload matrices the main singularities of the matrices are in fact contained in their Bornapproximations. The singularities are measured in the scale of Sobolev spaces.
