Abstract
Using the rachis of Xingshan purple garli(Allium sativum L.) as explants,the effects of base medium and hormone combination on the inducement and rooting of adventitious bud was studied to optimize the tissue culture and rapid propagation conditions of Xingshan purple garlic.The results showed that the medium suitable of inducement of adventitious bud was MS+2.0 mg / L 6-BA+0.10 mg / L NAA;while for rooting of adventitious bud was MS+1.0 mg / L IBA.
