结合典型病例,介绍罗日永教授运用"健脾补肾兼清余邪"法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的见解与经验。认为感染湿热疫毒是慢性乙型肝炎发病的主因,而脾肾不足是病变的关键,为本病的主要病机,临床上运用"健脾补肾兼清余邪"的治疗大法,可执简驭繁,并取得较好的疗效。
