Abstract
患者,男性,72岁.因间断气短10年,加重12小时于2005年8月10日7:00入院.患者10年前曾患急性心肌梗死,3天前无诱因腹泻,排稀水样便,每日数次,恶心,呕吐胃内容物,每日数次,自服黄连素及磷霉素钙,症状无缓解,12小时前突发腰痛、气短,逐渐加重来诊.急诊做心电图示窦性心律,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联呈QR波,T波倒置;肾脏彩超提示右肾结石;即时血糖4.1 mmol/L.
