新型高负荷氦气压气机的三维级性能研究

Abstract
按照传统空气设计规律设计的氦气压气机存在级数较多的问题.为了提高氦气压气机的级压比以减少级数,采用适合于氦气压气机的新型基元级速度三角形理论进行高负荷氦气压气机的三维级气动设计,应用CFD软件对其三维级流场进行数值模拟,同时进行了与常规设计准则的对比研究.研究结果表明,高负荷基元级沿径积叠成三维级是可行的;相同条件下,高负荷设计三维级方案设计点的级压比达到1.138 8,级压比是常规设计的2倍多,且效率还能维持高达89.86%的较高水平.
