Robust H ∞ filtering for a class of discrete-time nonlinear uncertain singular systems with time delays

In this paper, we discuss the problem of robust H ∞ filtering for a class of discrete-time nonlinear uncertain singular systems with time delay. First of all, we give the definition of robust H ∞ filter. Under the condition that nonlinear uncertain functions satisfy norm bounded condition, using Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) methods, we get a sufficient condition of such nonlinear uncertain delayed filtering error singular discrete-time delay systems which are asymptotically stable and satisfy the robust H ∞ performance. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the applicability of the proposed method. © 2012 ISSN.
