Discussion congestion toll rate based on trip cost from theory

To enhance the rationality of congestion toll rate, trip cost is divided into trip time cost, economy cost and comfortable cost. Comparative analysis and behavior analysis are adopted. The mechanism of congestion toll relieving congestion is analyzed. Congestion toll rate model is constructed. The relationship between congestion toll rate and public transportation service level is analyzed. The analysis results show that the tripper's accepting probability on congestion toll depends on congestion toll rate and their income level. The accepting probability will increase as time goes on and congestion toll rate closely relates to public transportation service level. © right.
