Prophylactic cranial irradiation for small cell lung cancer

Prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) is indicated for the patients who respond to the primary treatments. However, doctors have many concerns about PCI in the clinical use. This article focused on the clinical values of PCI according to the recent data and answered some questions how to use PCI. Finally, the recommendations were proposed for clinical applications of PCI.
