Abstract
为解决生产线维修费用高、可靠性低这两大突出问题,首先分析了生产线的特征及生产线维修管理的实践,依据20/80原则和生产批量方法,提出“对故障集中式批处理,减少分散维修的停机时间”的同步维修思想;其次根据更新理论建立了维修费用模型,优化生产线预防维修间隔期,使单位时间内的总维修费用最低,同时建立可靠性模型,满足生产线各设备可靠性的要求;再次,建立了基于“维修费用—可靠性”的同步维修模型,满足生产线维修费用和可靠性的目标,并提出了该模型求解的算法.提出设备按预防维修间隔期大小进行分组、按月度修正生产线预防维修计划的方法,使得该模型的实用性更强.通过案例分析验证了该方法的有效性.
