The reliability evaluation method for success or failure product

It is illustrated that establishing the reliability assessment method for Success or Failure product is important, and make an analysis and comparison on reliability test assessment methods for the existing four Success or Failure products. Furthermore, a new kind of reliability assessment method and confidence estimation method is proposed in this paper, which is indicated as a rational and applicable method. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
