Materials analysis of I-171 aircraft brake parts

Materials of I-171 aircraft brake parts (pressure assembly, rotor assembly, stator assembly) are analyzed. The framework of brake disc is made of BT14 titanium ally and processed with �� thermal deformation method. The framework of pressure disc is processed with quenching plus age heat treatment. The heat treatment process for the framework of rotor assembly and stator assembly, the composition and process of rivet are also introduced.
