Preparation and superconductivity of ho-substituted YBCO thin films

The He-substituted YBCO thin films were prepared with a single target by DC-magnetron sputterring technique. The properties of these thin films such as T-c, and J(c), were mainly affected by the deposition temperature T-s,. The J(c), values in all of the substituted films increased, with an optimal effect at x = 0.4 at the 77 K and 0 similar to 3 T.
