Synchronization of lasers and its applications in secure communications

摘要
Synchronization of chaotic lasing and its characteristics are studied on semiconductor lasers by injected to external light at 1.31 μm. This paper numerically researches the robustness of the synchronization system against mismatch of the system parameters and additive white noise, and the chaotic secure communications with a 0.25 GHz sinusoidal signal are studied by numerical simulation. The synchronous error is numerically calculated in the decoding process. The results prove that the systems have robust security and anti-uncover ability.
