Speciation Analysis of Lead in Erigeron breviscapus in some places of Yunnan

The system of n-C8H17OH-H2O was adopted to study the distribution of Lead in extract of Erigeron breviscapus of Yunnan. The contents, distribution and speciation of the analytes were determined by ICP-AES. The result shows that although total contents of Pb are high, total contents of water soluble species are low. The values of Kow are high, which indicates that water soluble Pb is easily absorbed by human body under gastric and intestinal acidity.
