Design and Error Analysis of the Array in Geostationary Interferometric Microwave Sounder
ISSSE), 2010 International Symposium(2010)
摘要
Geostationary interferometric microwave sounder (GIMS) is a multichannel microwave interferometer with a rotating circular thinned array. The array has notable differences from Y-type or T-type array. It can get the same number of baselines with less element antennas at the cost of a little more complex. The spatial frequencies are like polar coordinate distribution, but not rectangular or hexagonal grids. The array is composed of 22 circular polarized corrugated horns. Moreover, in this paper, antenna errors are analyzed preliminarily.
