Promote the participation of online learning by using UCH

The paper first started with the definition of online learning participation, and then conducted deep analysis and research about current online learning participation. On this basis, after using one kind of social software called UCenter Home or UCH in abbreviation with the group cooperation, the author combining the functions and characteristics of UCH, and the poor participating of online learning, put forward several specific methods to promote participation. © 2011 IEEE.
