Radio frequency arbitrary waveform generation using ultracompact cascaded silicon microdisk resonators

摘要
We have demonstrated a chip-scale optical pulse shaper consisting of cascaded four-channel microdisk resonators. Different temporal waveforms can be generated through wavelength-to-time mapping at both through port and drop port with a thermal controller.
